## What SAIG does

SAIG by Terraxon is an AI governance runtime that sits between enterprise applications, AI agents, and LLM providers. It evaluates every AI request against policy, handles sensitive data, routes traffic to approved providers, and creates signed audit evidence.

Core capabilities:
- OpenAI-compatible API with model aliases (saig-default, saig-fast, saig-sensitive-data, saig-low-cost)
- PII detection and reversible anonymization across 6 EU languages (EN, DE, FR, IT, CS, SK)
- Deterministic runtime policy enforcement
- Provider routing with sovereignty controls (EU-Only, Swiss-Only, Air-Gapped, Custom)
- Signed audit trail with SHA-256 hash chain and Ed25519 signatures
- Tenant isolation with per-tenant policies and RBAC
- Governance console and governed chat interface
- Observe mode for non-enforcing evaluation
- Fail-closed governance with emergency kill switch
- Attachment governance for PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, images, and code files
- Agent Security Preview: actor tracking, agent identity, tool access policy findings
